Company History

2001-CREEC started as a project under the Faculty of Technology by Prof Izael Da Silva.

2010-CREEC gained semi-autonomous status from Makerere University as a recognized not for Profit organization. The company has since implemented over 150 renewable energy projects and trained over 600 individuals and entities.

2016-CREEC was recognized under Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) laboratory recognition scheme under ISO17025:2005 testing protocol.

2021-CREEC was recognized under Uganda National Bureau Standards (UNBS) laboratory recognition scheme under 17025:2017 testing protocol.
